Terms & Conditions

No Minutes is operated by No Minutes Collective Limited (Company Number 17375259). These terms apply when you request an invitation to, or attend, a No Minutes dinner, and when a partner sponsors an evening.

1. Requesting an invitation

Submitting a request through our site does not guarantee a place. No Minutes dinners are curated, and we choose attendees based on fit with the room for that evening. We'll be in touch if there's a place for you.

2. Confirmed invitations

Once we confirm your place, we'll share the date, location, and any relevant details. Places are personal to the individual invited and are not transferable to a colleague or guest without checking with us first.

3. Cancellations

If you can no longer attend a confirmed dinner, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your place to someone else.

4. Partners and sponsorship

Partners supporting an evening are not permitted to pitch, sell, or distribute marketing materials during the dinner. Sponsorship gives a partner a seat at the table and visibility as a supporter of that evening, on terms agreed separately in a sponsorship agreement.

5. Liability

No Minutes takes reasonable care in choosing venues and organising each evening but isn't liable for issues arising from the venue itself, or for matters outside our reasonable control (illness, travel disruption, etc.).

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If there's a dispute, it will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

7. Updates to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here. By continuing to use the site, you accept the current version of these Terms.
