Privacy Notice
Last updated: 8 August 2026
No Minutes ("No Minutes," "we," "us," "our") is operated by No Minutes Collective Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17375259). This notice explains what personal data we collect when you request an invitation, attend a dinner, or contact us, and how we use it.
Who we are
No Minutes Collective Limited, registered office at 274 Northdown Road, Margate, Kent, CT9 2PT.
Contact: luke.austin@nominutes.co
What we collect
When you request an invitation, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Company and job title
- Any notes you share about what you're hoping to get from the dinner
- Which event or theme you've expressed interest in
If you attend a dinner, we may also hold:
- Dietary requirements or accessibility needs, where you've told us
- Any correspondence between us about your invitation
Sharing your details with other attendees and sponsors
Once your place at a dinner is confirmed, we send a short email to all confirmed guests with the names, job titles, and companies of everyone else attending, so the room can see who else is coming. We do not include email addresses in this list.
If the dinner is supported by a sponsor, we share your full name, email address, job title, and company name with that sponsor ahead of the evening, so they can see who's in the room. Sponsors do not receive this information for any other purpose, and every sponsored dinner is disclosed to guests in advance.
By requesting an invitation and confirming your place, you're agreeing to your name, job title, and company being shared with other confirmed guests, and — where the dinner is sponsored — your name, email address, job title, and company being shared with that sponsor. This is a core part of how No Minutes works — if you'd rather not have your details shared this way, No Minutes may not be the right fit for you.
Why we collect it
We use your data to:
- Consider your request for an invitation and get in touch about it
- Confirm attendance, arrange seating, and manage dietary or access needs
- Let you know about future dinners that may be relevant to you
- Meet our legal and accounting obligations
Our legal basis for most of this is legitimate interest (running the event you've asked to be considered for) and, where relevant, your consent (for example, if you opt in to hear about future dinners).
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as you're an active prospect or guest, and for 36 months afterwards in case you'd like to be considered for a future dinner. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Who we share it with
We use third-party services to run No Minutes, including:
- Supabase, to store request and event data securely
- Stripe, to process any payments (sponsors or, in future, ticketed guests)
- Email delivery providers, to send confirmation and follow-up emails
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone outside of running No Minutes without telling you first.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Ask what data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Withdraw consent to being contacted about future dinners
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office ( ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data
To exercise any of these, contact us at luke.austin@nominutes.co.
